Your stay has been paid for by a third party, billing information will be provided to the paying party;
Compliance with any Singapore’s law enforcement and regulatory; and

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural steps to protect your Personal Data. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any unauthorized use or accidental access of your Personal Data which are attributable to factors beyond our control.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data by the Hotel at any time. The hotel will process your request as soon as possible.
