This Policy describes the information collected from hotel guests and visitors from our website and the way in which we use this information in order to fulfill our commitment to provide an unparalleled Arcadia Experience.   • To enhance your stay in the Hotel;

We do not sell nor rent Personal Data we collected. We may disclose your information to affiliates or third parties for the following purposes (when applicable): 
  • Delivery of services at your request in which case you will be considered to have implied your consent;
  • Authorized third party service providers requiring your Personal Data to perform payment transaction (i.e. credit card/debit card processing);
  • Your stay has been paid for by a third party, billing information will be provided to the paying party;
  • Compliance with any Singapore’s law enforcement and regulatory; and
  • Emergency or for security concerns including but not limited to admission to hospital or police investigation.
Storing of Personal Data
All Personal Data collected will be stored for the period of time as required in accordance to Singapore’s Hotel Act. We maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural steps to protect your Personal Data.  However, we cannot assume responsibility for any unauthorized use or accidental access of your Personal Data which are attributable to factors beyond our control. 

Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data by the Hotel at any time. The hotel will process your request as soon as possible.
